Parent-Teacher Interviews Online Appointment Booking Instructions
This year, for Parent Teacher Interviews, we are embarking on a new method for booking appointments: online. As this is both our and your first year using this system, there may be some confusion. I apologize in advance should any difficulties arise. However, many other schools are using this platform for their second and third years so we are certain that, after you have used the system once, it should simplify everyone’s task (basically, there were too many issues and confusion with the back-and-forth agenda method and no one was happy).
You are to register for one (1) ten minute timeslot per child. I know it doesn’t seem like much but even with the whole 10.5 hour day that ONLY WORKS OUT TO 630 total minutes in the day for all parents. The scheduling of appointments is on a first come first serve basis. Remember, the purpose of these meetings is to discuss your child’s progress in term one and reaffirm goals going forward. If there are serious academic or behavioural concerns, a subsequent meeting may be required at the request of the administration.
All appointments for parent-teacher interviews should be booked online. The booking system will only open for parents as of November 11th at 3:00 PM. The system closes to all parents on November 19th at 11:00 PM.
If you have already made arrangements to meet the teachers at another time or do not wish to attend the parent/teacher interviews, we still encourage you to register for an account but do not need to book.
